Call center features for the distributed work force
RightSize CRM recognizes callers and routes each call according to real-time territory assignments and the sales professional's availability / call matrix. While a call is ringing, the Call Dashboard pops up on the computer, laptop or mobile phone with key customer financials and a graphical sales history. The Call Dashboard also includes call management controls to redirect the call.

While on the call, the Activity Close screen pops-up eliminating the need to search for a contact record. Opportunities and to-dos can be updated without leaving the screen.
