Semi-Hosted

  • Expeditor server and DB2 database reside on-site
  • RightSize maintains the telephony server and manages telephone company relationship
  • Option to reduce price by purchasing hardware and IBM licenses
On-Site

  • CRM and telephony servers are located at customer's site
  • Option to reduce price by purchasing hardware and IBM licenses
RightSize CRM can be accessed on connected computers, disconnected laptops and all mobile devices that support IBM Lotus Expeditor.
